PDAP is a non-political and non-government development organization. It is initiated by a group of dedicated people who have substantial development experiences with working in different organization. PDAP believes that a true development can be ensured by providing different support service to the people in need. PDAP is registered in March 1994 with the department of Social Services under the voluntary act 1961 and the NGO Affairs Bureau in January 1997.

Participatory Development Action Program (PDAP) is a women based development organization working on Education, Health, Skill development training, Legal aid, Disaster management and issue based Advocacy i.e. Housing rights, Women rights, Child rights and women enterprise in Bangladesh. PDAP tried its best to fulfill the target for 2013, but due to shortage of fund PDAP could not achieve its goal in social development activities. With its small efforts PDAP is working hard for the development of socially disadvantaged adolescents specially the girl child.

PDAP programs at a glance:

PDAP initiates programs to facilitate emergence and establishment of self sustainable community based women, girls and boys group at the area level. So that, these groups can take over responsibilities of their own development. The following activities are considered as priority :
